At the heart of our strategy is working side by side with our tenants and communities to improve homes and services.

Value for money has never been more important and this strategy will require us to invest more pennies of every rent pound in improving homes. We want to create an inclusive environment for everyone, and wherever possible make sure reducing our carbon footprint also reduces the cost of living.

Inspiring Trust
Tenants have told us earning their trust is vital.
Through our Saffron Community Membership we are committed to both understand and transform the way our tenants and their communities feel about Saffron.
We intend to do this by delivering reliable demand-led services and openly involving tenants and their communities in our work.
Inspiring Community
Saffron exists for the benefit of the community.
We are committed to people being able to live independently in warm and affordable homes and see the climate challenge as a great opportunity to renew homes and communities across Norfolk and Suffolk.
By 2030 all our tenants will live in homes that are at least EPC category C and the average SAP rating of their homes will be higher than 80. We intend to be carbon neutral by 2045.

A place where colleagues can flourish.
To make the biggest impact we need to be an inclusive organisation to work with and work for, motivated by delivering great value for tenants.
By 2050 we intend to become one of the best 10 housing associations to work for, work in partnership with others and before 2030 double our investment in improving homes and communities.
