We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Coordinator to support the delivery and coordination of the learning and development (L&D) activities that underpin our organisational vision, culture, and strategy by providing high-quality administrative, logistical, and reporting support to ensure colleagues have a professional, seamless learning experience.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinate the end-to-end logistics of learning events, including scheduling, booking venues, managing participant lists, and communicating event details
  • Oversee all Health & Safety and mandatory training, ensuring colleagues complete essential learning on time
  • Maintain and update the training matrix, tracking completion, gaps, and compliance requirements
  • Work closely with the L&D Lead and People team to deliver a professional and joined-up L&D service
  • Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring all records, courses, and completion data are accurate
  • Assist in organising learning events, workshops, content creation and other engagement activities

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Educations and Qualifications:

  • Educated to A-Level (or equivalent experience in a learning or administrative role) (E)
  • CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience, or the desire to work towards (D)

Experience:

  • Proven experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role, ideally within Learning & Development, HR or a similar people-focused function (E)
  • Coordinating training bookings, calendars or events logistics (E)
  • Experience of Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Learning Platforms (D)
  • Experience in Health & Safety administration or compliance monitoring (D)
  • Working with external training providers (D)
  • Managing purchase orders and invoices (D)

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Strong administrative accuracy with high attention to detail (E)
  • Good written and verbal communication (E)
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively (E)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (E)
  • An understanding of confidentiality, data protection and good record-keeping practice (E)
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build effective working relationships (E)
  • Understanding of the Learning & Development cycle and how training supports organisational goals (D)
  • Awareness of Health & safety compliance requirements and reporting (D)
  • Ability to generate clear, concise reports and summaries of learning data (D)

We are a housing association based in Norfolk providing quality homes and services to people across the county and in Suffolk.

We manage over 6,000 homes including affordable homes for those in housing need who cannot afford to rent or buy in the open market.
