Temporary – Fixed Term for up to 12 months

We are recruiting for a Responsive Maintenance Administrator to provide comprehensive technical administrative support and services for the Asset Management responsive work stream.

Key responsibilities include: 

  • To provide a comprehensive range of technical administrative services and support for all responsive work streams and external contractors as required.  Tasks could include but not limited to:
    • Raising works orders and invoices, including matching invoices, against a range of contracts/projects and their specified budgets.
    • Being the first point of contact for internal and external contract queries.
    • Ensuring correspondence are sent and processes updated in accordance with all specified policies and procedures and work programmes.
    • Monitor and process any electronic workflow received for the service.
    • Ensuring 365 is updated with all actions and contacts.
  • To produce monthly management data for the management team and monthly reports and on an ad-hoc basis across a range of contracts/projects and provide data for any key performance indicators.

  • Experience of working with internal and external stakeholder including other team members / departments to build and maintain positive relationships.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with various audiences both in writing and verbally.
  • Excellent time management skills, including an ability to prioritise workload and meet targets.
  • Well organised and methodical with excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to work as part of a team and also able to work independently without the need of close supervision. 
  • Intuitive with IT and possess good IT skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.

We are a housing association based in Norfolk providing quality homes and services to people across the county and in Suffolk.

We manage over 6,000 homes including affordable homes for those in housing need who cannot afford to rent or buy in the open market.

We offer specialist homes for older and vulnerable adults and are committed to providing new homes to help solve the housing crisis.
